The Role

The successful candidate will join the Firm’s legal team and contribute to a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters. The role will include conducting legal research, preparing legal opinions, drafting and reviewing pleadings, assisting with litigation proceedings, attending client meetings, and liaising with courts and relevant governmental authorities.

Candidate Profile

* UAE National;

* Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university;

* Eligibility to register or practice before the competent UAE courts, where applicable;

* Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English;

* Strong legal research, analysis, and drafting capabilities;

* Sound knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures;

* High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity;

* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently; and

* Previous experience with a reputable law firm or in-house legal department is preferred.
