## Description

Role Purpose

Lead and manage the planning, concept development, design coordination, and delivery of architectural and planning projects, ensuring high standards of design quality, functionality, innovation, sustainability, budget control, and timely execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in architectural design, design management, or project management.

• Proven experience managing consultants and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.

• Experience in concept development, strategic planning, feasibility studies, accommodation planning, or test-fit exercises is preferred.

• Good knowledge of project delivery processes, construction practices, and relevant local regulations and industry standards.

• Professional project management certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects across all phases, from concept and design through to delivery.

• Develop innovative architectural, urban, and placemaking concepts that enhance user experience, sustainability, and long-term project value.

• Support strategic studies, feasibility assessments, and concept development to aid project planning and decision-making.

• Conduct test fits, accommodation planning, site capacity assessments, and development feasibility studies.

• Perform benchmarking and industry best practice reviews to identify innovative design solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, government authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Review design submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements, regulations, and approved standards.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, recommending corrective actions where necessary.

• Lead and support project meetings, design reviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.

• Monitor consultant performance to ensure contractual obligations and project milestones are achieved.

• Support procurement activities, including scope development, technical evaluations, and contract administration.

• Promote sustainable, innovative, and user-focused design solutions that align with project objectives.

• Prepare project reports, presentations, and executive updates for management.

• Develop strategic recommendations, concept briefs, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Utilize emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to enhance design development, visualization, analysis, and project innovation.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, authority requirements, sustainability frameworks, and organizational policies.
