About the Role

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end merchant onboarding and technical integration activities across the company's acquiring and payment acceptance products. The role serves as the primary liaison between merchants, partners, product, technology, operations, and external payment networks to ensure seamless integration, certification, implementation, and ongoing support of payment solutions. Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end technical integration of merchants, PSPs, payment gateways (card schemes, regulatory, Alternate payment methods, wallets, POS terminals, e-commerce APIs, payment links)

· Coordinate with merchants and internal team to configure and test API/SDK integrations

· Manage UAT/testing, certification with schemes, regulators, and alternate payment methods.

· Maintain integration documentation, API guides, and onboarding checklists

· POC for product & integration related issues raised by merchants, sales team, and other stake holders in the organization.

· Manage and resolve transaction, settlement, and reconciliation issues; work with tech team, scheme/network teams on quick resolution.

· Monitor key product/platform KPIs (approval rates, decline reasons, integration turnaround time, ticket SLAs)

· Support incident management for production issues impacting acquiring services

· Independently manage merchant integration migrations.

· Work closely with Product Managers on merchant feedback to translate into product requirements and improvements

· Rollout of new product features (e.g., new payment methods, checkout flows, risk/fraud controls)

· Ensure integrations with UAE Central Bank (CBUAE) and mandates from schemes are met within timelines.

· Should independently be able to explain integration and product features to merchants and partners.

· Should be able to understand omni-channel payment APIs and implement then across payment channels.

Who Can Apply?

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Payments, Fintech, Acquiring, PSP, or Payment Gateway environments. Experience in UAE/GCC payments industry

· Hands-on experience with merchant integration and onboarding.

· Understanding of Card acquiring, Visa/Mastercard ecosystems, Payment gateways, POS and e-commerce payments, Payment links, Digital wallets and alternative payment methods

· Experience in managing API and SDK integrations.

· Exposure to UAT, certification and production rollout processes.

· Understanding of transaction lifecycle including Authorization, Clearing, Settlement, Reconciliation, Chargebacks

· Experience managing production incidents and merchant escalations.

· Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
