## Description

Rajha Real Estate Brokers LLC is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing real estate sales team.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Assign, distribute, and monitor leads fairly among team members.

• Manage and oversee CRM operations, ensuring all leads and client interactions are updated accurately.

• Track team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular sales meetings.

• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maximize conversion rates.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

• Coordinate with management to improve sales processes and team productivity.

• Prepare sales reports and monitor KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Dubai real estate market.

• Mandatory experience managing a real estate sales team.

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and lead management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• UAE real estate market knowledge is essential.
