We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist for a freelance role based in the UAE. This is a job-to-be-done opportunity with no fixed working hours—perfect to execute after standard work hours or on a flexible schedule! Your goal will be to drive restaurant partnerships and coordinate in-person video shoots across Dubai.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Restaurant Outreach & Partnership Development

• Outreach: Proactively contact target restaurants across Dubai via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls using Pleny’s templates and profile (done on your own schedule).

• Decision-Maker Connect: Pitch and connect directly with marketing managers and decision-makers to explain Pleny’s value.

• Shoot Concept Pitch: Present our video review concept (in-person visits, showcasing signature dishes, and cross-platform social media coverage).

• "Secret Meal" Agreement: Propose and agree on a signature "secret meal" to feature in each video shoot.

• Closing: Confirm collaborations in writing, manage follow-ups, and book official shoot dates.

2. In-Person Meetings & Shoot Coordination

• On-Ground Meetings: Visit restaurants across Dubai to present collaborations and close agreements in person where needed (scheduled at your convenience/after hours).

• Production Coordination: Coordinate shoot dates and agreed signature dishes seamlessly with Pleny’s production team.

• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurants until the video shoot is completed.

Requirements:

• Job Type: Freelance / Output-Based (No fixed working hours; can be done after your regular work hours).

• Language: Must be a fluent Arabic speaker (English fluency is also required).

• Location: Must be a current UAE resident (valid residency visa required).

• Experience: Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Management (F&B background preferred).

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple leads independently.
