## Description

Mark Williams are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst for a well known Financial Services company based in Abu Dhabi. You will be working in a small team and report into the Finance Director and is a newly created role

The role will consist of the following duties

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity plans to support business requirements

• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure compliance with treasury policies, governance and delegated authorities

• Manage banking relationships and oversee daily treasury operations to ensure effective liquidity management

• Dividend distributions and prepare treasury and liquidity reports for management

• Maintain relationships with investment managers, custodians and financial institutions

• Execute and monitor investment transactions in line with approved strategies and risk frameworks

• Monitor portfolio performance, liquidity and fund allocation while ensuring appropriate governance and documentation

• Maintain strong internal controls across treasury and fund management activities

• Drive process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance

• Lead treasury-related internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings

• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, banks and investment partners to ensure efficient treasury operations

• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements and risk management framework

• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls and reporting

• Prepare and review accurate treasury, liquidity and investment reports, providing analysis to support strategic decision-making

Candidate Profile

• Professional certification such as CMA or ACCA – preferred but not essential

• Working in a similar position previously

• Strong understanding treasury, fund management and investment performance

• Worked in a similar role for over 5 years

• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management

• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and perform under pressure

• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work independently

• UAEN preferred

## Requirements
