## Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Interior Architect to join our growing design team, specialising in ultra-luxury residential villas across Dubai and the UAE. This is a leadership role for an individual who combines exceptional design ability with strong technical expertise and the capability to mentor and develop junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the interior architectural design of high-end luxury villa projects from concept through to project completion.

• Produce innovative design concepts, mood boards, space planning, layouts, and presentation material.

• Develop detailed interior architectural drawings, construction documentation, and technical packages.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, landscape designers, and specialist consultants.

• Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations, building codes, and project specifications.

• Manage multiple luxury residential projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

• Present concepts and design proposals confidently to clients and stakeholders.

• Attend client meetings, design workshops, and site inspections throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review contractor shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups to ensure design intent is maintained.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical design issues.

• Collaborate closely with the FF&E team to ensure a seamless integration between architecture and interiors.
