Role Overview

The IT (Information Technology) Department at Wycon Cosmetics is looking to strengthen its systems area by adding 1 IT Support / Help Desk Specialist to the team. Quickly integrating into the department, the candidate will support the configuration of corporate IT devices and provide first-level assistance via a ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities

• Tier I and Tier II Help Desk support activities

• Providing remote technical assistance

• Configuration of corporate assets and workstations (computers, mobile phones, desk phones, email accounts, etc.)

• Installation and maintenance of client operating systems and software applications (Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)

• Monitoring and managing tickets within the IT Help Desk department to ensure quick response times and effective resolutions

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering (or equivalent skills/experience)

• Strong command of core IT tools and systems

• Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Educational background in technical/scientific disciplines

• Knowledge of a second foreign language (French, Spanish, or Portuguese) is considered a plus

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role; however, entry-level candidates will also be considered
