We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects across enterprise environments

📝 Notice Period: Immediate or max 30 days preferred

📍 Location: UAE – Onsite

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Project Management experience, including ServiceNow implementation projects

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps)

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors

• Expertise in project planning, governance, risk management, and delivery management

• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and ITIL frameworks

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience delivering digital transformation and IT Service Management (ITSM) programs
