About the Role The Head of Business Development is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business growth, leading cross-functional teams, and executing strategic initiatives. This role oversees Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations while working closely with the CEO to achieve revenue and organizational goals.
