## Description

Urgent requirement for Cards Issuing Architect in Banking Domain is required for our banking clients in Dubai ,UAE

• Strong knowledge of Cards Issuing (Credit, Debit, Prepaid).--Must

• Deep understanding of the card lifecycle: issuance, activation, renewal, and replacement.--Must

• Hands-on experience with card platforms such as TSYS PRIME, FIS, First Data, or equivalent issuing platforms.--Must

• Strong knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, BIN management, EMV, and tokenization--Must

Key Skills & Qualifications

Domain Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Cards Issuing (Credit, Debit, Prepaid).

• Deep understanding of the card lifecycle: issuance, activation, renewal, replacement.

• Experience with digital banking, fintech, customer onboarding, KYC/AML, and risk management.

• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with card platforms such as TSYS PRIME, FIS, First Data, or equivalent issuing platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, BIN management, EMV, and tokenization.

• Expertise in API design and integration (REST APIs, Open APIs).

• Integration experience with:

• Core Banking

• Fraud systems

• Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

• Strong understanding of:

• Microservices Architecture

• SOA

• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Docker, Kubernetes

• CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, cryptography, secure key management, tokenization, and regulatory compliance.
