## Description

About The Role

You will build and lead CashPrime's commercial presence in the UAE, owning the full sales pipeline for banking, exchange offices, and retail segments.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the UAE market entry and growth strategy

• Build relationships with UAE banks, exchange offices, and retail chains

• Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise-level opportunities

• Coordinate with Cairo HQ for technical solutions and delivery

• Represent CashPrime at regional events and exhibitions

• Report on market intelligence and competitive landscape

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the Gulf region

• Deep understanding of UAE banking and financial services landscape

• Experience with technology or infrastructure sales

• Strong network in UAE financial institutions

• Fluent Arabic and English

• UAE residency or willingness to relocate

Nice to Have

• Cash management industry experience

• Existing relationships with CBUAE-regulated institutions
