We’re Hiring: Internal Recruiter | Takween Aldar Real Estate | Dubai, UAE

As Takween Aldar continues to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Internal Recruiter to join our team in Dubai.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in building one of Dubai’s fastest-growing real estate companies. We’re looking for someone who knows how to identify, attract, and recruit top-performing real estate professionals, particularly from the UK, Europe, and North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Headhunt experienced real estate professionals.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.

• Partner closely with our leadership team to support our expansion.

• Continuously improve recruitment strategies and hiring performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in real estate or sales.

• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Fluent English is essential. Experience recruiting internationally is a strong advantage.

• A driven, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
