## Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.

Account Management

• Manage key customer accounts and ensure long-term business relationships.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.

• Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Sales Planning & Forecasting

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business development plans.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and monitor conversion rates.

• Track sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.

• Collect market feedback to support product and pricing decisions.

Proposal & Negotiation

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions within company guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Reporting

• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts.

• Maintain CRM records and customer databases.

• Present sales performance and market insights to management.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless customer support and project execution.
