## Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter – Control Functions to join our Talent Acquisition team within the banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Control Function roles, ensuring the acquisition of high-calibre professionals who support the Bank's governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within the banking or financial services industry, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to source niche talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Control Function positions, from requisition through onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, talent mapping, and direct sourcing techniques.

• Screen and assess candidates through competency-based interviews to evaluate technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Control Function professionals for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

• Prepare offer recommendations and support salary negotiations in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, UAE labour regulations, and banking industry standards.

• Support employer branding, market mapping, and talent intelligence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

• Proven experience recruiting for Control Function roles in a regulated environment.

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Strong understanding of competency-based interviewing and recruitment best practices.
