## Description

Marketing Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 18,000 per month

We're recruiting a Marketing Manager on behalf of a client in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Executive looking to step into their first management role and take ownership of integrated marketing campaigns within a dynamic, fast-paced business. You'll play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated 360° marketing campaigns

• Plan and execute both digital and offline marketing initiatives

• Support brand-building activities and campaign launches

• Coordinate marketing activity across multiple channels

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns

• Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity where required

Requirements

• 3–5+ years' marketing experience with strong 360° campaign exposure

• Currently working as a Marketing Executive or similar and ready to step into a Marketing Manager role

• Experience within the events industry is desirable

• We also welcome candidates from hospitality marketing backgrounds (NOT F&B)

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
