## Description

We're Hiring: 360° Recruiter – Oil & Gas, Marine & Manufacturing

Location: Dubai, UAE

Ezer HR is looking for an experienced 360° Recruiter who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate placement and successful closure.

This role is ideal for recruiters with experience hiring for:

Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineers

Civil & Structural Engineers

QA/QC Engineers

HSE Professionals

Project Engineers

Production & Manufacturing Engineers

CNC Operators & Machinists

Welders, Fabricators & Pipe Fitters

Marine Engineers & Technicians

Shipyard Personnel

Offshore Crew

Supervisors & Managers

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Business Development: Prospect and onboard new clients across Oil & Gas, Marine, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, and Industrial sectors.

•⁠ ⁠360° Recruitment Management: Handle end to end recruitment, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, offer management, and onboarding.

•⁠ ⁠Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, and industry referrals to build strong talent pipelines for Engineering, Oil & Gas, Marine, and Manufacturing roles.

•⁠ ⁠Target Delivery: Consistently achieve recruitment and business development targets.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Proven 2 years of experience in 360° Mechanical Recruitment.

•⁠ ⁠Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
