## Description

We're Hiring: 360° IT Recruiter

Location: Dubai, UAE

Ezer HR is looking for an experienced 360° IT Recruiter who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate placement and successful closure.

This role is ideal for recruiters with experience hiring for :

Full Stack Developers

Frontend & Backend Developers

DevOps Engineers

Cloud Engineers

Cybersecurity Professionals

Data Engineers & Data Analysts

QA/Test Engineers

Network & System Engineers

Database Administrators

IT Project Managers

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Business Development: Prospect and onboard new clients.

•⁠ ⁠360° Recruitment Management: Handle end to end IT recruitment across requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, technical interviews, negotiation and offer management.

•⁠ ⁠Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, tech job portals, and tech communities to build deep talent pipelines for IT roles (Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Infrastructure and Product).

•⁠ ⁠Target Delivery: Consistently achieve recruitment and business development targets.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Proven 2 years of experience in 360° IT Recruitment.

•⁠ ⁠Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
