## Description

Position: Independent Legal Consultant / Lawyer

Specialization: Commercial Disputes & Debt Recovery

Location: Dubai, UAE

Work Mode: Part-Time | Hybrid

Salary / Fee: AED 15000 success based fee per case

We are seeking an experienced Independent Legal Consultant / Lawyer with strong expertise in commercial disputes, debt recovery, and UAE legal proceedings to support our business on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and advise on commercial disputes, outstanding payment claims, and debt recovery matters.

• Develop legal strategies for recovery of unpaid invoices and contractual dues.

• Draft legal notices, claims, settlement proposals, and related legal correspondence.

• Review commercial agreements, contracts, and supporting documents to assess legal positions.

• Manage negotiations with clients, debtors, and opposing parties to achieve timely settlements.

• Coordinate with external law firms, courts, and legal authorities when required.

• Provide guidance on UAE litigation procedures and dispute resolution options.

Requirements:

• Qualified UAE-based lawyer or legal consultant with proven experience in commercial disputes and debt recovery.

• Strong understanding of UAE Commercial Law, civil claims, and court procedures.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience handling business disputes, collections, and recovery cases.

• Experience in recovering outstanding receivables, contractual claims, and corporate debts.

• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and provide practical, result-oriented legal solutions.
