## Description

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the UAE real estate industry, with strong expertise in developing and executing high-performing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand growth and generate qualified leads.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high-quality campaign execution.

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

• Increase brand visibility, grow social media presence, and improve overall digital performance.

• Work closely with the sales team to maximise lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyse market trends, and optimise marketing activities based on data and insights.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in UAE real estate marketing.

• Strong understanding of both the off-plan and secondary property markets.

• Proven success in lead generation, performance marketing, and sales-focused campaigns.

• Previous experience managing and developing a marketing team.

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, PPC, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.

• Experience using AI-powered marketing tools and automation is an advantage.
