We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is an individual contributor, target-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across our portfolio of Professional Audio Visual (AV) and IT Infrastructure Solutions, working closely with consultants, contractors, system integrators, corporate clients, and end users throughout the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across the UAE market.

Generate and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting through to deal closure.

Promote and sell a comprehensive portfolio including:

• Professional Audio Visual Solutions

• Video Conferencing & Unified Communications

• Digital Signage

• LED Display Solutions

• Networking Solutions

• Servers & Storage

• Enterprise IT Hardware

• Data Center Solutions

• IT Infrastructure & Related Technologies

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrator, corporate clients and end users.

Conduct customer meetings, presentations and solution demonstrations.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close business opportunities.

Work closely with pre-sales, technical and project delivery teams to develop customer-focused solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.

Achieve and exceed assigned individual sales and revenue targets through proactive business development and relationship management.

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the UAE in Technology Solutions.

• Proven experience selling both Professional AV and IT Infrastructure Solutions.

• Strong network of consultants, contractors, system integrator and corporate customers within the UAE.

• Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding individual sales targets.

• Excellent business development, negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

• Self-motivated, commercially driven and able to work independently.

• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.

• License Requirement :Must have Driving License
