## Description

Role Overview

We're looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who knows how to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content. You have a sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual retention, and you're just as comfortable animating in After Effects as you are generating AI visuals to elevate a shot. If you live and breathe editing and motion design, understand what keeps people watching instead of scrolling past, and want to work at the intersection of traditional craft and AI-powered tools, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-retention videos

• Apply pacing, cuts, sound design, captions, and visual hooks to maximize watch time and minimize drop-off

• Design and animate motion graphics - titles, lower-thirds, transitions, and more - in After Effects

• Create custom illustrations and graphics from scratch, as well as apply and adapt presets efficiently

• Generate custom AI imagery (e.g. using Higgsfield) to support and enhance video content

• Translate briefs and raw concepts into high-performing content, informed by competitor and industry research

• Collaborate with creators, marketers, and the content team to improve watch time, engagement, reach, and conversions

• Stay current on emerging tools and trends to continuously boost creative output and efficiency

What You Bring

• Highly proficient in Adobe After Effects

• Strong hand-drawing/illustration skills, with the ability to design from scratch as well as work efficiently with presets and templates

• Experience with AI creative tools (e.g. Higgsfield) for image generation

• A strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what drives audience retention

• Comfort working across editing, motion design, and AI tools in a fast-paced content environment
