## Description

• Job Title – Supply Chain Executive

• Type – Permanent

• Work Location – Dubai

• Salary – AED 12,000

• NP- Immediate / 30 days

• Industry- FMCG

Mandatory details/Skills-

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Monitor stock levels, demand forecasts, and inventory planning to prevent shortages or excess stock.

• Handle import/export documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics providers.

• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery while resolving any logistics-related issues.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and service improvements.

• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Process purchase orders, monitor order status, and ensure timely fulfillment.

• Maintain accurate supply chain records and prepare reports using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Warehouse, to ensure smooth operational flow.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Key Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

• Experience with import/export documentation and shipment coordination.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Odoo preferred).

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
