## Description

My client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & PR Manager to lead the marketing strategy group-wide across its high end restaurant brands. Must have previous F&B Multi-Brand Restaurant Marketing experience in the region.

The role owns brand visibility, footfall, and the group's positioning as a leading name in the regional F&B scene — blending strategy, creative campaigns, storytelling, digital marketing, PR, events, and social media, with AI tools built into the way the team works.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Brand strategy: a group-wide marketing vision, with tailored strategies for each restaurant concept, positioned competitively across Dubai and ultimately the GCC

• Revenue impact: campaigns tied directly to bookings, spend, and repeat visits, with clear ROI and conversion tracking.

• Footfall & loyalty: high-visibility campaigns, activations, and loyalty programs that drive repeat customers.

• Social & content: strategy and daily execution across all brand channels, including influencer and community management.

• PR & events: media relationships, high-profile openings, and press-worthy activations.

• AI & digital innovation: adopting AI tools for campaign automation, analytics, and personalization.

• Team leadership: building a marketing team, plus managing external creative/media partners.

• Cross-functional work: close collaboration with operations, culinary, design, and finance.

• Delivery: all campaigns and marketing outputs land on time and on budget.
