## Description

Quality Professionals (Q-Pros) is a leading software quality assurance and testing company, with a strong presence across the Middle East and GCC. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work with one of our clients in the UAE.

Responsibilitie

• sCollaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs, project scope, and functional requirements

• .Elicit, analyze, validate, and prioritize business and system requirements

• .Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), use cases, user stories, process flows, and workflow diagrams

• .Support project planning by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals

• .Monitor project progress through regular follow-ups with project teams, identify risks and issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions

• .Work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

• .Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions with business users

• .Support backlog management, sprint planning, and user story refinement within Agile environments

• .Analyze and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency

• .Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team
