## Description

Role Overview

As a Real Estate Agent at Mozaabi Real Estate, you will guide clients through buying, selling, leasing, and investing in Dubai properties while building long-term relationships and closing successful deals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generate and manage leads for sales and leasing

• Meet clients to understand their needs and budgets

• Advise clients using up-to-date market knowledge

• List and market properties on leading portals

• Arrange and conduct property viewings

• Negotiate offers and close deals on behalf of clients

• Prepare and coordinate documents (Forms A, B, F, MOUs, Ejari)

• Maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, and investors

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Experience at least 3 years in Dubai real estate Market sales or customer service

• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it

• Valid AE driving license & own car preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Fluency in English (Arabic/other languages a plus)

• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
