About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Guest Relations Executive - Rooms to join Madinat Jumeirah Resort The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: • Deliver a warm and memorable welcome to every guest, ensuring personalized service, seamless introductions to the service team, and exceptional experiences for VIPs, regular guests, and special occasions. • Oversee the daily guest relations operation, supervising, coaching, and mentoring the guest services team to consistently uphold luxury service standards, policies, and procedures. • Coordinate dining reservations, special requests, and guest inquiries while providing expert recommendations on signature dishes, beverage pairings, restaurant concepts, and local attractions to enhance the overall guest experience. • Handle guest feedback, escalated concerns, and complex service situations with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and transforming challenges into positive, lasting impressions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat and VIP guests by anticipating their needs, remembering their preferences, and fostering loyalty through personalized, attentive service.
