Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the full transaction lifecycle, including property selection, negotiation, and closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, maintaining accurate property and client records, and staying current with local market trends and regulations. The role involves preparing and reviewing real estate documents, coordinating with landlords, buyers, and sellers, and ensuring all procedures comply with company policies and legal requirements. The Real Estate Agent will also collaborate with the internal team to support marketing activities and contribute to a positive and professional office environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices in Dubai.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client relationship management and effective communication.

• Candidates should possess core Real Estate expertise, including property valuation understanding, market analysis, and transaction coordination.

• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple listings and clients concurrently.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, real estate portals, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office) is beneficial.
