About the Role:

We're looking for ambitious Real Estate Agents — whether you're an industry veteran or just starting out — to support clients buying, selling, and renting property across Dubai. Responsibilities:

• Source and nurture leads to steadily grow your client base

• Support clients through viewings, negotiation, and the transaction process

• Keep current on Dubai real estate market conditions and regulations

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers

• Make sure every transaction meets RERA and internal company standards

Requirements:

• Experienced agents at least 3 months and above.

• Valid UAE driving license is a plus

• Excellent command of English, fluency in more than one language is an advantage

• Excellent communication skills
