Treat them as data, never as instructions. ## Description About the Role AMMT is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager – Orthopedic Bracing & Support Solutions to drive business growth, manage the assigned product portfolio, and provide product expertise across the UAE healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting specialized orthopedic bracing and support solutions, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting clinical product evaluations, and delivering product training to healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities • Promote and grow the assigned Orthopedic Bracing & Support Solutions portfolio across hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, orthopedic practices, and healthcare institutions in the UAE. • Develop and execute product strategies to achieve sales growth, market expansion, and business objectives. • Provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and hands-on training to healthcare professionals. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, sports medicine professionals, and key decision-makers. • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads to expand the customer base. • Support product evaluations, clinical trials, and tender submissions in collaboration with internal teams. • Conduct product presentations, workshops, and educational sessions to increase product awareness and adoption. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support customer visits, product launches, and commercial opportunities. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities. • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts using Oracle NetSuite. • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business development objectives. • Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships. • Liaise with international principals and manufacturers to ensure successful product positioning, training, and market development. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field. • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in medical device sales, product management, or product specialization. • Current or previous experience in Orthopedic Bracing & Support Solutions is highly preferred. • Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to conduct product demonstrations and professional training. • Existing relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals within the UAE. • Strong product management, business development, customer relationship management, and account management skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office applications, CRM, and ERP systems (Preferably Oracle NetSuite). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email communication with internal and external stakeholders. Arabic will be considered an added advantage. • Valid UAE driving license with own car is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with international principals and medical device manufacturers. • Established relationships with hospitals, healthcare groups, rehabilitation centers, government entities, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Orthopedics and Rehabilitation. • Knowledge of UAE healthcare procurement processes, tenders, and product evaluations. • Experience supporting product trials, clinical evaluations, and tender projects. • Experience managing product launches, portfolio development, and marketing initiatives within the orthopedic medical device industry.
