✅ 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry

✅ Strong experience with high-rise, residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects

✅ Expertise in BOQs, cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and cost control

✅ Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and variation management

✅ Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

✅ UAE/GCC construction experience is highly preferred
