## Description

Sicher Protections is looking for a motivated *Business Development Manager / Sales Executive* to help expand our global market and grow our distributor network.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop new business opportunities and open new markets.

* Find and build relationships with distributors and partners.

* Generate leads and convert them into sales.

* Follow up with prospects until deals are closed.

* Conduct online and in-person product presentations.

* Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

* Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales targets.

### Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn is an advantage.

* Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

* Self-motivated and results-driven.

*Salary:* AED 8,000 + Performance Commission
