THE ROLE:

We are looking for a driven, hungry Tele-Sales Agent to join our growing sales team in Dubai. Your primary responsibility is to connect with prospective buyers, qualify their interest, and convert leads into booked appointments for our senior brokers.

This is a high-performance, high-reward role for someone who thrives on targets and wants to build a serious career in Dubai real estate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Handle 50–60 outbound calls per day to fresh and aged leads

* Qualify buyers based on budget, timeline, and investment goals

* Book 15+ meetings per month for the senior sales team

* Follow up consistently on all leads via CRM

* Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates daily

* Attend team briefings and developer product training sessions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

* Minimum 6 months experience in real estate Tele-Sales or phone sales

* Strong phone presence — confident, clear, and professional

* Languages: English + Hindi/Urdu/Arabic (any combination)

* Currently based in UAE or able to relocate immediately

* Experience with CRM systems (Bitrix24 or similar)

* Hungry, self-motivated, and target-driven

* Stable work history — we value loyalty

NICE TO HAVE:

* Prior experience selling off-plan or secondary market properties

* Knowledge of Dubai communities and developer projects

* Russian or Chinese language skills (strong bonus)
