## Description

ECOVIS JRB Chartered Accountants is seeking an experienced Business Development & Client Relations Manager to support the firm's continued growth in the UAE.

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with experience developing business within the UAE professional services sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the firm's client base, strengthening strategic relationships and representing the firm across the UAE business community.

Essential Eligibility Requirement

The ideal candidate will have experience developing business within a professional services environment where client relationships, technical expertise and trust are central to the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and convert new business opportunities across the firm's accounting, assurance, tax, corporate services and advisory service lines.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospective clients and strategic referral partners.

• Represent the firm at networking events, exhibitions, business forums and industry associations across the UAE.

• Meet prospective clients, understand their business requirements and coordinate with our partners and technical teams to develop appropriate solutions.

• Maintain an active business development pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities.

• Strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services.

Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years of UAE experience in Business Development, Client Relations or a similar commercial role.

• Demonstrated experience within an audit, accounting, tax, consulting or corporate services firm in the UAE.

• Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and professional services market.

• Established professional network and proven ability to generate business through relationship-based selling.

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, organised and confident representing the firm in client-facing environments.
