## Description

About the Role

Responsible for developing and managing business opportunities for rotating equipment maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO), field services and aftermarket solutions across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for rotating equipment services.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with end users, EPCs and O&M contractors.

• Good knowledge of customers like ADNOC Group, TAQA and similar customers.

• Prepare sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines.

• Coordinate with proposal, engineering and operations teams.

• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.

• Support tenders, pre-qualification and vendor registration activities.

• Monitor competitors and market trends.

• Achieve revenue, margin and order intake targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.

• 8–12 years of UAE experience in rotating equipment services.

• Strong knowledge of compressors, pumps, turbines and related equipment.

• Existing network within ADNOC, TAQA and major industrial customers.

• UAE driving license
