## Description

Join Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C.

We are looking for a Digital Product Analyst to support the development and enhancement of Al Ramz’s digital platforms. This role will work closely with Product, IT, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and business teams to gather requirements, improve customer journeys, support testing, and ensure our digital solutions align with business and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirement

• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and specification

• Support platform enhancements, customer experience improvements, and process optimisation

• Prepare and manage UAT scenarios, test cases, and defect tracking

• Review and validate Arabic and English content, user journeys, and platform communication

• Support Arabic localisation and ensure a seamless bilingual customer experience

• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams throughout development and release cycle

• Analyse user feedback and recommend platform enhancement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related fie

• 1–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Products, FinTech, Banking, or related field

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verba

• Understanding of requirements gathering, UAT, digital platforms, and customer journey

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skill

• Experience with Agile, Jira, Scrum, or related tools is an advantage
