## Description

Hiring: Cards Issuing Architect | Banking & Payments

Are you an experienced Cards Issuing Architect with expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale card issuing platforms? We are looking for a technology leader with strong banking and payments domain experience to architect secure, scalable, and innovative card issuing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Cards Issuing solutions for Credit, Debit, and Prepaid cards.

• Define scalable architecture for the complete card lifecycle including issuance, activation, renewal, replacement, and card management.

• Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Design API-based integrations with Core Banking, Fraud Management, Digital Wallets, and third-party payment ecosystems.

• Drive architecture governance, solution reviews, and technology best practices.

• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, security standards, tokenization, cryptography, and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

Domain Expertise

• Strong experience in Cards Issuing (Credit, Debit & Prepaid).

• Deep understanding of the complete card lifecycle.

• Experience in Digital Banking, FinTech, Customer Onboarding, KYC/AML, and Risk Management.

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with card issuing platforms such as TSYS PRIME, FIS, First Data, or similar.

• Strong knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, BIN Management, EMV, and Tokenization.

• Expertise in REST APIs / Open APIs and enterprise integration.

• Experience integrating with:

• Core Banking Systems

• Fraud & Risk Management Systems

• Apple Pay & Google Pay

• Strong understanding of:

• Microservices Architecture

• SOA

• AWS / Azure / GCP

• Docker & Kubernetes
