## Description

As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our mortgage business. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Lead and mentor the mortgage sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient workflow.

• Build and nurture relationships with brokers, maintaining a strong network.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.

• Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.

• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Represent MashreqBank at industry events and conferences.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.

• Proven track record of successful team management and sales leadership.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
