Role Description The Operations Program Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving cross-functional programs that improve operational efficiency and support OneConcord AI’s strategic priorities. In this role, the individual will plan, coordinate, and monitor key initiatives across service, security, cloud, and compliance operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining program scope and milestones, setting operational metrics, tracking progress, and identifying risks and dependencies. The Operations Program Manager will collaborate closely with product, engineering, customer success, and leadership teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication among stakeholders. This role also involves creating documentation, reporting program outcomes, and recommending data-driven improvements to enhance scalability and performance.
Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• Solid Operations Management experience with the ability to design, optimize, and scale processes in technology or AI-driven environments.

• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, define metrics, assess performance, and inform decision-making.

• Clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams, presenting program updates, and influencing stakeholders.

• Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, or AI/automation-focused organizations is highly beneficial.

• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with tools such as project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana), data analytics tools, and documentation systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
