Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate, timely support.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Handle complaints effectively and follow up until resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documents.

• Meet customer service and call-handling targets.

• Deliver an excellent customer experience.
