• Role: Tax Accountant - EA /CPA (Remote)

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Tax Professional (EA / CPA) to assist with federal and state tax filings, including individual and business returns. The role requires preparation of accurate tax documents and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.

• Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations in all filings.

• Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations.

• Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with tax standards.

• Communicate with clients to gather necessary tax information and clarify discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses.

• Proficiency in tax preparation software such as TurboTax, Drake, or similar platforms.

• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes and regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
