## Description

• Minimum 10 years as Business Analyst.

• Experience in regulatory technology (RegTech) or supervisory technology (SupTech) initiatives.

• Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, risk, AML, Basel, IFRS9, or related domains.

• Experience working with enterprise data platforms and reporting solutions.

• Proven experience engaging senior business stakeholders and regulators.

• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks.

• Power BI, SQL, SAS, or analytics exposure.

• CBAP certification.

• Experience with digital transformation and regulatory reporting programs.

• BRD, FRD, user stories, and process documentation.

• Data mapping and requirements traceability matrix.

• Functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

• UAT planning, execution support, and sign-off documentation.

• Regulatory and business stakeholder alignment.

Strong Business Analysis experience in Banking/Financial Services.

• Requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.

• Business process modelling and process re-engineering.

• Data analysis and regulatory reporting understanding.

• User Story, BRD, FRD, and Use Case documentation
