About The Role

MELD Advertising is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a major international healthcare organization.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to multiple projects and workstreams. The successful candidate will work closely with client stakeholders and MELD team members to ensure actions are followed through, timelines are maintained and work continues moving forward.

This role does not require deep customer experience expertise. Experience supporting CX, healthcare, insurance, communications, marketing, digital or operational projects would be helpful, but strong project management, organization and follow-through are the priorities.

Responsibilities

· Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously

· Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and delivery schedules

· Coordinate across client stakeholders and MELD team members

· Organize meetings, prepare agendas and document key decisions

· Track actions, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies

· Follow up consistently with stakeholders and maintain accountability

· Prepare clear project updates and status reports

· Identify potential delays and escalate issues appropriately

· Maintain accurate and organized project documentation

· Help move projects efficiently from planning through execution

What We're Looking For

· Strong project management or project delivery experience

· Exceptional organization and attention to detail

· The ability to manage several priorities without losing momentum

· Confidence working directly with senior client stakeholders

· Clear written and verbal communication

· A proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership

· The ability to work independently in a remote environment

· Experience with healthcare, insurance or customer experience is a plus, but not required

Role Details

Location: Dubai (Remote) Only applicants currently based within the GCC will be considered.

Engagement: Full-time freelance contract through September 11, with the possibility of extension

Start date: Immediate

Compensation: AED 25,000 per month

Working hours: UAE business hours

Important: This is a freelance contract. Medical insurance, visa sponsorship and other employee benefits are not included.
