## Description

Job Title: Project Manager – Smart Cities

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing the delivery of Smart City, Smart Port, ITS, ICT, OT, and Digital Infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, commissioning, and handover.

• Coordinate with clients, government entities, consultants, contractors, and technology vendors.

• Manage project schedules, risks, budgets, change control, and stakeholder communication.

• Administer contracts, including FIDIC, procurement, and vendor management.

• Oversee system integration, testing, and implementation activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer, ICT, Civil, Marine) or Information Technology.

• 5–8 years of experience delivering Smart Solutions, Smart City, Smart Port, ITS, ICT, OT, or Digital Infrastructure projects.

• UAE experience with government entities, ports, airports, or large infrastructure projects preferred.

Technical Skills

Experience with:

• IoT, SCADA, CCTV, Access Control

• AI/Video Analytics, GIS, Digital Twins

• ICT Networks, Fiber Optic & Wireless Communication

• Integrated Command & Control Systems

• OT/IT Convergence

Preferred Experience: Port Community Systems (PCS), Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), Customs/Immigration integration, and Intelligent Surveillance platforms.

Software Skills

• Primavera P6

• Microsoft Project

• BIM & Project Reporting Tools
