## Description

About the Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth for precision machining, reverse engineering, specialized coatings, component manufacturing, and repair solutions throughout the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop business in UAE with focus in ADNOC, TAQA and industrial customers.

• Promote machining, coatings and manufacturing capabilities.

• Generate RFQs and long-term service agreements.

• Build relationships with maintenance managers and reliability engineers.

• Prepare sales forecasts.

• Support strategic partnerships.

• Negotiate commercial agreements.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.

• 8–10 years of UAE sales experience in machine shop, coatings or manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of machining, welding, thermal spray and repair solutions.

• Established customer network in UAE.

• UAE driving license.

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling HVOF, laser cladding, hard chrome, nickel plating or precision manufacturing.

• Knowledge of rotating equipment components is a plus.
