Dream Wise Properties is a real estate company based in Abu Dhabi, providing brokerage services across the emirate's residential communities and off-plan developments. The company operates on professional standards, market expertise, and long-term client relationships, and is expanding its sales team accordingly.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We are seeking junior Sales Agents at the start of their real estate careers. This is a structured entry point into the Abu Dhabi market, with 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 and direct mentorship from senior agents.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Manage inbound enquiries and company-provided leads through to closing

- Conduct property viewings and client consultations

- Maintain accurate CRM records and disciplined follow-up

- Support offer negotiation and transaction coordination alongside senior agents

- Maintain current knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and new project launches

- Represent the company to a consistently professional standard

- Deliver against defined monthly performance targets
