Dream Wise Properties is a real estate company based in Abu Dhabi, providing brokerage services across the emirate's residential communities and off-plan developments. Our listing portfolio is central to the business, and we are hiring a dedicated professional to manage it end to end.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

The Listing Agent will own the 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 - from sourcing and owner relationships through to portal management and market positioning.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Source and secure new property listings across Abu Dhabi

- Establish and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners

- Prepare complete listing packages, including media, descriptions, and pricing

- Publish and manage inventory across major portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)

- Ensure listing accuracy, currency, and portal compliance at all times

- Coordinate availability and viewings with the sales team

- Monitor market pricing and comparables to advise owners effectively
