Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Waiter role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Waiter will welcome guests, present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, and handling guest inquiries or concerns. The role also involves processing payments, following health and safety standards, and supporting the wider team during busy periods. The Waiter is expected to uphold high customer service standards and represent the venue with a courteous and professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming, positive guest experience.

• Candidates should possess practical Food & Beverage and Food Service skills, including menu knowledge and proper serving techniques.

• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

• Relevant experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is highly beneficial.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and perform in a fast-paced setting.

• Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations, with attention to detail and reliability.

• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages commonly used in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia are an advantage.
