Job Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through calls and networking.

• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Follow up with prospects and update CRM records.

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of Dubai real estate experience.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in lead generation and cold calling.

• Knowledge of Off-Plan and Secondary market is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM.

• English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
