## Description

• Role- Recruiter

• Type - Contract

• Duration - 12 months -Extendable

• Salary - 6000-7000 AED

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, technical, engineering, and industrial positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, vendor networks, and local hiring channels.

• Conduct bulk sourcing, telephonic screening, and interview coordination.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and volume hiring requirements.

• Coordinate walk-in drives, job fairs, open days, and mass hiring campaigns.

• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and relocation willingness.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles within agreed SLAs.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and candidate databases.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle until onboarding.

• Coordinate documentation, offer rollout, and joining formalities.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
